Whats your plan for the winter?

Good start....I'd go with the Trinity footholds. (great choice on the bilge!).
Other cheap mods for more brap...send your flywheel and head to Paul at LPW for a cut and lightening...
also, get some hoodstraps:sneaky:


I have small plans for mine....Dakine straps, update my brapstrap to stainless....not sure what else.

Ive never torn apart a two stroke, I dont really have anybody around me that has either so.....the flywheel and head work will have to wait until I get somebody to give me some super great guidance or somebody to look over my shoulder.

BTW, what does paul charge for the work?

I plan with the help of a buddy do a 750 swap into my X2 and take the 2 650 motors I have an get a good solid running SX. Then I plan to save all winter and either buy an SJ or SXR in the spring time.

Well, I just ordered the 4* bars and the odi grips. I think......hope to get them this week and check out the difference they make.

I just went out in the river yesterday and got my first taste of the season changing. The water was freakin cold!!! Gonna have to bust out the wet suit.
