Been there done that. We used a mineral based coolant and the floor is still slick years later. Blazer is some stick crap. But better then valcoolWalked into the shop this morning (im always the first one in) and saw this: a coworker left the coolant on, and flooded the shop... i wonder how much a 55 gallon drum of Trimsol is....the floor should be grey,lol!!!

Totally!!! The biggest risk is when i drill/ream some holes. Ill use one program to drill, then use same program to ream, just changing speed/feed.... but if you forget to turn off coolant...... feels like Peter North is in the machine (i assume, lololololol)Damn m codes and programable coolant
