Been there done that. We used a mineral based coolant and the floor is still slick years later. Blazer is some stick crap. But better then valcool

That's before freight and probably cheaper in a drum. But yeah I've seen 4g worth of coolant flood a shop and we had a cmm in there as well. All controls on the floor. Not my best Monday I'll say.

Its a VM3, with mold maker table. It has T-slots goin both ways for extra clamping options, but an effing batch to clean once you fill slots with chips, lol

Yeah I rather have standard t slots. That's a lot to clean if you don't have coolant spray setup.

Totally!!! The biggest risk is when i drill/ream some holes. Ill use one program to drill, then use same program to ream, just changing speed/feed.... but if you forget to turn off coolant...... feels like Peter North is in the machine (i assume, lololololol)

I actually have software that writes all the g and m codes works on std offsets and some custom made vise jaws.
