I bet. My dad discovered something similar only he saw a skinned out hand protruding from the plastic.

Turned out to be a black bear carcass that somebody had dumped but the bone structure in the hand is very similar to a human.

It was small too, so they were all thinking it was a child. The whole ordeal was very unsettling.

Took the kayak out to Galveston Island State Park for some fishing yesterday. Nice and calm and surprisingly cool. Caught a decent sized croaker but nothing else.
