My view for the last 5 days. Strain relief insert for an umbilical system that feeds hydro electric power to a pressurized Rescue system for the US Navy. I.e. power supply to evacuate disabled submarines. All 318 stainless steel.

i helped design the EOAT the plan is to have it mounted up side down on a track to service 4 machines. we are a long way from that but getting there.

Robots..... Had a 2014 Dodge Promaster with a "robotic gear box Malfunction code"...... Really they are putting to much on it, it's a manual trans and clutch all robotically controlled, shifting and clutch actuation all done for you......

My actual view today. It's a tea and design day for me. Big project has t be done Monday morning. And I also get to help with x mas decorations this afternoon and tomorrow. Maybe if I don't sleep I can make it.

A very close friend of mine and his family lost everything Thursday night in a house fire. The family is Ok but they did lose 4 dogs. My wife and I bought a bunch of toys and clothes for their kids yesterday bit it feels like a drop in the hat compared to what they lost. This is the second house fire they have had in 4 years and they literally just had finished remodeling maybe 2 months ago.

We build custom machinery, primarily for the automotive industry but, we also do work for pharmaceutical and other industries. The cell pictured installs clips into brackets and verifies they are present. These brackets then get welded together to form an instrument panel beam (skeleton for a dash board) . Simple process really but very effective. We do manufacture weld cells also, in fact, my next project has 4 MIG welding robots.

We build them in house and then ship them and install in our customers facility.

I have gotten To do a few automated welding machines and fixtures In the last ten years. Always was my favorite.

What are they doing to have two house fires in such a short time?

The first was shotty electrical work in a garage shortly after they moved in. They fire marshal has yet to declare what was the cause of this one yet.
