Yes it is. We have been out of a house for almost 2 yrs. Hard to find a place on the water then when you do you have some retirees swoop in with that cash and take it!
Ended up my mom's friends friend was wanting to sell and tadaaa. Worked out, now the work starts.

All depends, they have a speed limit but the wake is still big on most. The one concrete vessel throws out about a 5' roller and you can keep up with them for a long ways . Been jumping them for years woth no trouble.
The yachts throw bigger wakes. Going to be awesome.

Looks great man, how are the neighbors? I moved from a house that had horrible neighbors on one side to a street that has about 12 houses and all of my neighbors are awesome. I think 9 of the 12 houses are older 65 and retired which is awesome.

So far so good.
Really nice older couple on one side (besides the barking purse dog) and single older dude I haven't met yet but waves every time on the other side.
I had neighbor issues at my last house also. That's one of the main reasons we moved. Time will tell.
So far only working on it but it is awesome seeing that water every time you look up.

Thanks! It has been quit the ride.
Yes it has a 2 car garage, half converted into living quarters with air and a heater and bathroom, other side empty 1 car.
Hoist will need some repairs and upgrades before the family vessel can be parked in the hoist. Dock also needs attention.
O well, we will get it eventually.
Inside work at the moment, floors, paint and new bathroom.

I Can't wait!
If I ever get my skis going lol
I can go on boat nerd (app) and find any shipping vessel -freighter and track it. I will know when it is only a few min away from passing the house. Get ski ready, drop in, have a blast and pull it back out a few min later. Back to grilling foolz.
