Super Jet When did HighRoller start working for RRP?

You should try and remember that A/M companies are not real big like yamaha or kawasaki. It is tough to produce small amounts of parts and have supreme quality control without the price going beyond the value. my rule of thumb is expect to tweak it. If you cannot get it to work at all then that is b.s. I usually swear/curse the product and then get out the tools to make it right. We do pay alot for our parts so if you can see/try the part before you buy, then you can at least learn what to expect. I think that RRP is of the higher production runners in hulls and other parts right now so i would expect higher quality, and demand it. I am sure if you had super major issues that are a manufature defect, he would replace it no problem.

I have a hard time believing that RRP is a small company. Look at how many rickters and xfs hulls are out there or being ordered. Look at how many RRP handle poles are on skis.

They make a nice looking product but their fit and finish isn't that great. I agree with BK they should have a jig to make sure their parts line up. I agree some parts may need some tweaking in order to fit I understand that. But I have had to modify every single part to make it work. Come on.

I have been emailing Jose back and forth and he wants to take care of it so I'll give him a hat tip for that.

I can only speak negative of the adjustable foot hold kit. It took a lot of fabrication to install . I don't have a problem with that . I do have a problem with the boxes being almost 1 inch out of square and lacking an inch or more in depth . All in a all a great system , just not close to a bolt and go item as advertised. Found their pole system to be top notch very and precise machining . Surprised your having a problem.

wait a minutes, But you were trying to install the holds in a Superjet. Come on man, those things are only suppose to fit in an RRP hull. Forget that they are our of square, that is just rediculous!!!!!!!! ;)

Hey BOOGER- EATER They were sold as a Roundnose SJ kit . The instructions showed the installation ON a round nose . It would have gone very smooth if it weren't for the imperfections it their parts . Now I'm tread jacking ...... I'm going to bump the Daddy day thread shortly .... still can't compete with a swim with flipper but its close .

RRP is got to be one of the companies that is producing and selling quantity. They are still a small company compared to yamaha. ever notice nothing fits better on a yamaha than any other oem yamaha part. This is because yamaha has way more of everything to have the highest quality fit and finish. they need to, to have the yamaha name on it. And you pay for it at the dealer. Now RRP is doing more than the even smaller A/M companies. I would expect and demand more from them than from highroller parts. They should have a jig, and someone using it, and someone to check that they are using it, then a floor manager to check off that it was used etc etc. Problem is paying them bumps the price. i can swear good and use tweaking methods. it does still suck. for the price it should be better than say the x-metal for fit and finish. i love both poles and wish they came perfect everytime but it would cost alot more for them to. I bought a fmf pipe for my sons jr50. it had to run thru the frame and connect to the motor and not touch or be stressed in any way to be installed correct. If fit perfect so i know that A/M companies if big enough will be able to produce perfect parts with strick quality control. If anyone is heading that way it seems it is RRP with all the adjustable parts to suit all riders and motors/drivelines.
