also Ace hardware may have something very similar, if not MCarr as pointed out. Factor Pipe also has them of course.... they're called Lord mounts I believe.

Here is a Bill of Material for the Riva Dry Pipe or FP Type 4
Riva was kind enough to list the actual part numbers for the lord mounts.
