yeah it was seriously a blast! waves were bigger on saturday than sunday, guys were goin off!!!! i saw a double barrel-roll.......:scared::notworthy:!

it was only my 5th time ridding in the surf so i learned alot watchin everybody and fine tunin my style:cool:.

met dobber( im pretty sure thats what he called himself:sneaky:) him and his buddy just assembeld a brand new rickter the nigh before and were breakin it in.......i almost got to ride it!!!:cool:

i guess i can sum up my trip in smilys too....

We missed you there this year.

Some of the best overall conditions I have seen at Pismo. Weather was warm and sunny, and no wind!! (at least not enough to matter)
Surf was glassy and clean Fri, a little rougher in the afternoons with 3-4 foot and accasional 5-6. Not the biggest, but fun.
Lots of people in the water all day long. Fog rolled in Fri afternoon about 4:30 but cleared up pretty good for Sat.
Daylie and Dayton premired the Joe Kenney vid Sat night which had a lot of good footage, good music, and a nice history abot JK. (good job guys!)
From there we proceeded to place 10 gallons of gasoline on an open fire.
Damage: 3 melted chairs and 2 singed tents that were 10 feet away! :firedevil:

I always forget to photograph this stuff, but Suzie should have some of the antics on vid.

maybe we should talk about moving it a few months either earlier or later..march is pretty much the windiest month (and hit or miss with waves) and unless you guys like getting sandblasted it might be better to come a different time..anyways, just a thought
