As far as I know, no one makes them. We have been using the xtreme caps for low speed and T handles for HS.

Austin morelli sells them. I really enjoy using these knobs especially on the 44s low speed is a biotch to turn.Oh... those aren't the ones I was thinking of. I saw these on Facebook's WaveBlaster Conversion page.

I just grabbed a package of 1/16" hazardous freight drill bits that I had laying around and drilled through the screw. Cut 3/4 of an inch of the shank off 2 of the bits, put a drop of superglue on each piece and slid it back in the hole. I always intended to put a 1/16 stainless roll pin in but never got around to it. It's been a couple years now and to my supprise the superglue is still holding them in. Not very fancy, but it only took 5 minutes to do and less than a buck worth of materials that I already had laying around.
