Which Pump Shoe

Why would anyone take a plastic shoe that far? It had to have been paper thin. It's one of my least fav things to do on a hull, would hate to have to do it twice.

If its already installed I guess for the same reason of not having to redo it. The thinner parts are sandwiched between the hull and impeller housing so should be ok (i hope...)

Well "massaging" the aluminum shoes are no picnic either! I've done 6 of them and remember each one!

Anyone have issues with the JD shoe not having enough material to grind out to 148?

I'm running a JD at 148, Plenty of room left.

No worries Byeai I figured that, just saying I hate doing those once, so twice would stink more! lol

Nothing more nerve wrecking then destroying a brand new aftermarket hull to put a 155 shoe in it
