Any automotive machine shop should be able to pull that off, they probably won't want to but they can, you might have to supply the sleeve

It will be expensive. You may be better off just buying another good, used cyl. To re-sleeve a Kawi you need to cut the old sleeve out, then press in new. A new sleeve is in the $130 range alone.

Ya, stepped sleeve that is cast into the block on Kawi 750/800 cylinder. You cant just throw it in the oven and enjoy a tasty beverage as it heats up and the sleeve falls out. Thats too easy...lol
