Who has had epoxy come loose

whats wrong with just using one of these plates?

I'm going to make that plate but I've seen some that use 3... one on either side as well. Or some others that are one piece that cover the whole bottom. If DASA is only supporting the epoxy in the center it should be OK.

Crankcase epoxy

My favorite;
This two-part epoxy is fuel and chemical resistant, has an excellent adhesion to aluminum, and will bond to most other metals. Shapes easily, can be formed by hand, and shaped with a file or grinder. Sets up in ten minutes with eighteen-hour cure time. Will not damage motors, has no metallic content, works excellent to reshape intake systems, fill crankcase voids, etc. Withstands temperatures up to 250 degrees.

Or you could always just trade in your epoxy cases for these.

Unfortunately they still need epoxy.
I have had a look at a set, and to get the flow just how you want it you will be adding epoxy into them

The lowest I've seen was -63C air, not water. It's when you spit and see ice cubes rolling. That was in 1977, Zabaikalye (Siberia, Russia-China border.)
The only things that were working were the diesel engines in the tanks, but the tanks could barely move because the rest of drive line was frozen.

thats pretty hardcore.

Over here in cali the coldest i see is like 50 water and like 30(rare) air :) jetskking all year round
