I am staying at the longpoint campground , waterfront site 2 night minimum .

i see, yea i just tried to call the camp site and this weekend was booked and no one was there to talk, lol, it was on the recorder

When I booked at the best western they only had sat night available so we had to change our travel plans and stay in Daytona friday night.

try the peckerwood ( pennwood lodge) about a mile or 2 south of hirams - jetskiier friendly too

you may want to ask about longpoints "rustic sites". those are the ones at the front without electricity and water that are usually on a first come first serve basis?
