Who makes a complete pumps?

Define complete.
Are you including everything from driveshaft to steering nozzle and possibly trim?|

Skat comes to mind. I am not sure if they make steering nozzles, though.

Impeller, nozzle, shaft can be made easy enough. trim isn't necessary.

Skat, Solas are the two that come to mind, but there has to be others??

That leaves only the stator, bearings, and wear ring.

So there's Skat, Solas, and Maxxx. Though I don't think Maxx supplies bearings & seals.
