Besides CP Watercraft and I alread have a "ratchet setup." I want to use my ratchet setup and a set of hood straps with the plastic clasps. I'm not running any hood hooks so I need a little more security. When I pancake the side of my ski the hood will knock loose with just the ratchet strap.

I did a thread search and found "Strapworks.com" they seem to have it all. I'm a bit lazy and don't want to have to do the legwork and make a product that is already to rock.

McMaster Carr sells quite a few kinds of 1" webbing that have different qualities. I'd bet they also have those clips, but my local Ace Hardware store has them too. That's if you want to make your own.

They are the stock hooks that come with regular rubber straps. I don't want to bash anyone's product but I did buy the brand name and I was not happy with the rubber quality, maybe I got a bad batch or something. Anyway, I went to the Hardware store and got everything for half the price. I know it looks a bit Ghetto at the moment, but I am looking for a better (stainless steel) option.

Academy down the road sells web straps with plastic buckles for a couple bucks. I used them on the SJ and kawi but haven't bothered to get some more yet.
