Set includes one stainless ratchet buckle turfed, ratchet buckle pad/cover,hood alignment block, custom 2 in to 1 strap and all hardware to install.This setup is almost bullitproof i have seen this system survive double rolls that blew out the side of the ski but the boat never lost its hood.New and improved(buckle pad/cover) for those of you that dont like sharp edges in the tray. once you get the strap, i'd see if you can still keep the front latch... I don't see why you couldn't.

that front latch helps with the alignment of the hood. just remove the rear latch and replace with the ratchet.

goto tractor supply and buy a 4 pack of stainless ratchet straps for $25 all you need

Its not good that we have to 'complete' with each other. BUT I would hope perhaps there all the same (and same price)maybe just different locations across US / Canada?
