Who's bringing what for potluck dinner?

Actually I usually do Crawfish but they are way out of season and I cant get them here in Atlanta this time of year...... For shrimp I use both fresh and frozen. But with me doing these on Track weekends usually way out of state I get frozen or even freeze the fresh...Usually Headless Frozen with the Peel still on to keep the flavor in are the best.......

I have a freezer full of frozen shrimp...lemme check if they are peeled or unpeeled.

I hope the people that ate some of that Boil Friday enjoyed it... If we do one of these in the Summer I will do crawfish.... All of the food was outstanding... The Italian Beef, Catfish, The Hobo Spuds from Kim Chris's wife , and Wings were what I had... The Massive dose from the Rum and chasers from Beer Pong settled everything just perfect!
