Super Jet Why does my battery keep dying?

Ok, measured voltage from stator green to ebox ground while cranking and got anywhere from 1.5v to 2v

You need to measure it from one green wire to the other (in AC, of course)

Green to Green while cranking is all over the place over 100. 120 to 160

And the output from the regulator (red) is under 14V?
Time to try a different regulator. They are cheap.

Also you may to do a parasitic draw test using your digital multi meter because there could be something draining your battery.

I checked the resistance of the bilge circuit from where it connects to the battery to the engine ground and it reads 0. Wouldnt this rule out the bilge circuit going bad/drawing a load?

I would check the parasitic draw between the battery ground post and negative cable for everything electrically connected because other components can cause problems besides the bilge pump.
