TRPA is WAY out of hand with all their crap laws and regs. I would have killed for that new 4 stroke standup (in the news forum here) today. I'm 30 minutes East of Tahoe. Lots of surfing vids up on Facebook now. Absolutely amazing day.

I understand they want to preserve and protect the area, but as you know it's out of hand.

Take a look at the "Tahoe Keys" It was a financial move at the time. And it's done way more damage (to the water quality) than any combination of watercraft ever could. Is what it is and we'll deal with it. The "Tahoe Keys" was basically a cigarette filter for a large incoming water source to the lake and they removed it. So consequently the water quality has gone down ever since.

I can't wait to see where these new 4 strokes (900 triple thing from BRP) end up taking us. It can only be good. That thing ended up in a hybrid (SJ, Hydrospace, SXR hull) tuned for 110 hp and is just the beginning. Really looking forward to see where this is going. Hopefully retro fit kits for SJ's and SXR's etc... Progression is a good thing. Bring it on!

Hopefully it will keep people on the water and enjoying the good times.
