Yes, this thread is a lot of noise, but people need to see whats said off the X, where the moderators can't ban-slap rude and obnoxious members, and what drives a lot of the bad blood between the two brands.

so while the ski clinic and the BOB hull maintain and entirely professional public image, they secretly fund foreign based terror cells to tarnish the reputation of competing companies? I'm not buying it. Despite the fact that multiple facebook posts have linked Ryan Erskine to the ski clinic, a relationship described by swapmeet as "besties", Ryan Erskine appears to be acting alone. If the ski clinic had an agenda to damage the reputation of the backie chan wouldn't it be more prudent to have multiple and untraceable assailants place damaging feedback to the backie chan. If the same one dude just has a hard on for talking smack about the backie chan I believe it hurts that guys reputation and not the backie chan. If there were multiple smack talkers linked to the ski clinic then the conspiracy theory would be worth investigating, but at this point we just have just assume that Ryan Erskine, is acting on his own free will.

I don't think they encourage the action, the accusation is that as a rider, friend etc he's associated to them.


If I said the same things as Turbosauce/Ryan about......... Aquabots or KDX's, I would be associated with the Chan and Steve because I own one. Even if Steve was friends with those mfg's, what I say would reflect on him based on association.
