Wife's new budget blaster

So last Sunday I picked up a blaster 2 for my wife so I can hopefully get her more involved in the sport since I pretty much live on the water in summer. It's a 1996 waveblaster 2 that is completely stock. Even still has the oil injection (will be blocking off asap). Best of all I picked this beauty up for a $850 with a clear title. I'll post up a pic when I get home tonight. First things getting done are the oil block off and bars. Can you run mx bars on these without buying a clamp kit or anything?

Why not let her ride it before switching bars? She may be fine with the stocker and you'll save some cash.

Yeah, the "Wifes" blaster. My "Wife" has a blaster too, has pink grips so she knows its hers and everything. =)

Regular 7/8 bars will bolt up just fine

I had to chime in. My wife and me owned same B2. Porpoise problem with the 1996 (yellow). The 1997 model (green) had factory trim adjustment. It's been years since we last owned the B2 but I seem to remember the following year came out with a solution for the porpoise problem.

This one doesn't porpoise too bad, I'm actually selling it right now she wasn't real fond of it so it's going down the road.

There nose heavy ..The front tank is big @10.5 gal and too far forward...
