I am looking for carbs for my 62T/61X build and found some descent 48mm that were used on a SXR. Would these fit on my Superjet with a R&D intake manifold?
Other Will aftermarket carbs from a SXR fit on a Superjet?

You should be fine , if you use a good manifold you will not have to worry about the spacing.

I have a friend with a Jetworks ported 730 that is running dual Novi 48s and I would have said the same until I rode his ski. I must say I was amazed at how well those carbs worked on his setup. (granted he IS running t/l which creates ALOT of forgiveness).

The big carbs will work well on this setup. But to get the best out of them you need an aggressive ignition curve

Is 35* static pulling back 5/1000 starting at 6000 w/start retard enabled aggressive enough? lol Obviously this is NOT a WOT setup but instead how much can be squeezed out of a small motor package. I was also amazed at how easy it was to dial the carbs in for MS109 mixed 50/50 w/Q16. (yes the comp is as ridiculous as the timing). lol
