Just picked up a 300sx the other night, had the bob on a budget idea also. Not sure what motor I am going to run, probably a 800 kawi with a 140mm pump, tubbies, custom pole, trim, etc. Going to have to buy another 300sx for my son now, they are cool little skis. Also doing a motosurf SXR as soon as I find a hull.

Took me a little while to find one but keep searching craigslist. Thats how I got lucky. There another one for sale near me thats totally modded with a pipe and paint job. Just doesn't have a title... Jump on it now before everyone gets the same idea and snags them all up

Haha, I have a 300sx sitting here too stripped out and waiting to be made into a wannab Bob. I also have the bottom of a 750sx that will be grafted in and most parts from my X2 will swap in. This will happen when I have time, not sure if it will even happen this winter or not...we'll see.
After a ride coming up on Oct 23rd, I'll be taking my SJ (new to me) apart and repairing/touching up/cleaning up, etc getting it prepped for spring. Hoping to avoid the "oh crap" rush to get stuff back together for the first ride.
