went for a ride today on a lake heated by a coal power plant,water was still cold but i wanted to ride,wanted to throw some bigger stabs but i wasn't sure how deep the water was

respect! I was in garrison this time last year and it was so cold it hurt to breathe! They were measuring the ice on the lake in feet!

Isn't that cool? We rode a couple years ago in a powerplant coolant lake, it was like 45* air temp with 50-80* water.

thats warm water, the lake i was at wasn't anywhere near that warm

yah the water is shallow on the north end, the south end is like 42ft, but the water is pretty nasty there, have u seen the sign by the ramp, it says " consumption of water may cause sickness, diarrrhea, or possibly death!!!!
