Damn thanks for the ideas on my caravan single trailer I have laying around. I could make mine pretty similar with some fab work. Debating if it's worth my time for new tires/lights/and fab work or just buy a double

I get real bored during the winter months! Rims and tires are cheap on E-bay. I made the wiring harness myself. (never again on the harness)

I'll get some measurements for you tomorrow. I think I used 1/8" wall thickness on all the braces.
