650/X-2 winter x2 build

Reliability with what? That it won't predetonate?

Though yea, I agree that with advanced timing and 195psi, 93 octane is probably too low.

With the extra pressure, its harder on the crank and rods, and I dont want to put new bottom ends in this thing every 2-5 years. I would rather just play it safe and keep it relieble. I would like to be able to run this wot since my bob wont be wot ski! lol

ski looks sick, love the nose. Take as many pics of that white turf now while you still can... how many gallons or liters is that cart tank? All white looks so clean. Makes me want to do it too.

tank is 9 liters I think. THe white is not bad at all the grips get dirty pretty fast but they clean up very easy with some simple grean. I havn't even been able to get the turf dirt yet so I am very impressed with the white so far!

yep! It rides great like that too! I also have a ocean pro extended plate that I left full length but i faded the sides to the back of the ski so it looks like a super extended ride plate.

I plan to mainly ride in the surf, any suggestions for a ride plate on an x2 which I has also been cut 3" off the back? I read through Vumad's ride plate post and it seemed alot of those guys were cutting them flush with the back. They also said to play around and see what you like.
