Winterizing

I have a 1991 waverunner 3 and winter is coming in Canada. Could anyone help me out with what I should do to winterize mostly to get the water out so nothing freezes and cracks. I usually fog everything and put some gas stabilizer and give everything a shot of grease But don't want anything to freeze and crack. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Just run it dry and get the water blown out. I've stored my 2 strokes in Minnesota cold for years without an issue. Stabil in the gas tank, run it so it gets in the carbs. Probably want to use some fogging oil in the cylinders too.

Fire it up in the spring. I wouldn't worry about blowing out the cooling lines in a 2 stroke, but that's just me.

Add stabil to gas, Pull your flame arrestors, fire your ski up, spray fogging oil into carbs with engine running until you smoke the whole neighborhood out, and then if youre paranoid about freezing, pull cooling line off head and pour rv antifreeze into cylinder jackets. I usually skip the antifreeze and just make sure ive blown as much water out of the exhaust as possible. Once you get done with all that, pull your plugs and spray more fogging oil in plug holes to coat cylinder walls.
