I know it is early but where can I find info on the world finals for this year? Is it worth going to? I need to know soon so I can turn in my vacation slip for guaranteed time off.

Well I found it says October 5-13 but can't seem to find a schedule. What day is the freestyle usually on? Also what day are hull manufacturers there to let you test ride hulls?

For the last few years:
Fri - Amateur qualifiying
Sat - AM main, Pro qual
Sun - Pro main
The only thing that has changed is last year the Pro scores were a strange combination of qual and main scores instead of main alone.

sweet, so where does everyone stay at? What are the costs on average? Is that monday after pro finals when all the hull manufacturers allow test rides? Hoping to buy an a/m hull next winter so I am really looking forward to some test rides.

Its definately worth going too. Monday is mandatory. Bring a rag to wipe your drool cause youll see some sick chit.

Haha alright. So it says its at a campground? I have no problem camping. I will be coming from Texas so all money I can save would be great. Should I bring my ski. Is there any places to ride in downtime?

Its a lake, there are places to ride everywhere.
PWC goes off everyday a little father south from Crazy horse campground
I always stay at the Island Inn. Its the closest hotel to the races, you can walk in if you want.
The good thing about the new scoring structure is that the riders are more inclined to make Saturday a better show, since it counts towards their total score.

Well I have the vacation time set for that thursday and friday, then the monday and tuesday
Finally a thread I can bring some knowledge too! First off the island inn(pink hotel......which is now brown) is a nice place to stay. If you like to party the London bridge resort is where you want to get a room. Reason being its where two of the best club scenes in town are located( world famous kokomos and the martini bay)and the overflow of single people looking for a good time is EPIC! Good luck. Mayday.

Where do they let you test ride hulls at? I booked london bridge thurs thru Sat night with the intent of driving half way home after the races sunday. Would you guys recommend staying sunday night in order to have extra time to test ride some hulls? This will be my first world finals.
