True. I heard Ant might have injured his shoulder again? Not sure about Rok. Lee had a sweet run for sure and was a well deserved win. Daniel killed it too.

Hoping to see the purse grow and make WF more inviting again. Bragging rights are still cool, but it'd be nice to see some bonus bucks thrown their way. It'd be good for the riders as well as more entertaining for spectators to see them chasing da cash.

All things considered, I loved todays coverage and riding. Good times.

Announcing this year was way better than years past.
Vanilla Ice did a great job

Agreed, Mike Young was getting on my nerves however, talking over him, interrupting him and making stupid jokes.

It was so nice not to hear dawn. They needed some new blood announcing.
I heard it was great WF, better than past years. Makes me want to go next year.

I personally don't think that the announcers need to attempt to call every trick in the routine. I would assume nearly everyone watching knows what a backflip and 360 is. I'd be happy hearing the motors rip with an occasional comment on a new trick or insane height. Overall it was a great live feed this year.

I must say that fist pumping appears to have died down significantly (apart from the Japanese guys, who deserve it with the hood mounted rear facing back flip)!

It will be a sad day when the flat water events take place and not one fist is pumped....

Maybe fist pumping could be reserved only for tricks that are attempted for the first time in competition, although you can practice at your local ride spot for the events.

I talked to him at kokomos and he said its close but won't show it till he can master it
