Nothing like Scott F. calling you with threats of lawsuits. It's was 2006 but it seems like yesterday. I feel like section 9 is dedicated to me. Fun starts about post #13 where I pull the videos from my web site after his threat. The court of public opinion seems to favor my side:

Good luck with that. Get it up real quick while Scott is busy right after WF. That would catch him in a good mood. :smile:
I prefer watching freestyle to racing. After going to surf slam I don't feel a lot of need to go to WF. Two days of surf freestyle versus like 1.5 hours of flatwater freestyle.

Rok Florjancic is from Slovenia! He and Nac are kick arse tricksters. And if you look at results from last year, there was only 3 Americans, out of 10 in Am Freestyle and 5 out of 9 in Pro (per official results)....neither title coming to "our" side of the pond.
I think it is safe to say most of us here agree with your statement. Not taking ANYTHING from surf competitors, flatwater freestyle is a whole different animal. The tricks being done today on flatwater with one's own setup wake is absolutely amazing!
