Received a similar ticket several years ago. The game warden stated that the operator is not allowed to operate the vessel from forward of the controls. I was riding in the hood race position, he would have chit over a fountain, bearhug or riding standing backwards on the bondrails. Don't recall how much the fine was but it was more than unjust.
