The v3 is a great great surf ski especially for east coast surf. It's in my opinion the perfect all around ski. I'm sure with a 1000ccs or close to it, it is flat water flippable with some skill. Flips off a boat wake with a 701 no problem. The sv1 is also a great hull if you could find one. I got pretty lucky finding my badass but it was a project hull. I had a superjet to ride while I restored the badass.. they're out there but just be prepared to have to do some work on it as they now 12+ years old. I was able get mine at a good enough price that putting some work into was doable and still not have tooo much into it. Juvet puts an absolute beating on his v3 in the surf. Dude is an animal. He's running a big bore with a oem 155 pump. If I were to go v3, 155 or none. That is a downside to the badass is they won't fir more than a 148 pump without modification. A pic of my badass next to a friend's v3 for size comparison.. they are very close. However the badass has a little bit of rear rocker and deeper chines that are progressive. I like thst they both have a longer tray similar to a superjet but are wide.

i just got a Tigercraft SV1 have bit had a ton of time on it yet but I am very happy with it so far! rides great! 5 gallon tank with bpipe set up.

Never ridden one personally but if it's the light blue ski with the 865 and tnt lay down pipe, that's a very solid deal..from what I can tell, the vision looks very comparable in size to the 4.3 badass or v3. I also really like the sv1. Also a great all around ski.
