I understand your frustration as I've felt shorted on service from a few vendors in the past. I personally have never made it public and it would be one of the last things I would do to any company, I suppose I am more understanding than others. I have had great results by reestablishing communications and finding out where the problem rests, even if it takes a little time and effort. It helps the vendor and you as the end-user. Nearly every problem I have had was resolved in my favor.

Jim at AJS is one of those who goes far to help on a personal level. He has helped me so many times and I think he deserves better. I'm tiring from seeing the short trigger being pulled before all lesser means have failed for any vendor.

The number of members flying off about poor service before exhausting their resources leaves me nearly speechless. If not receiving a part to complete a project is the worst anyone has had to endure, I applaud you. It just seems so petty and selfish to me.
yes well said but in the opinion of myself irrelavent

i am a customer not a psychiatrist or a business partner of said companies.
it's not up to me to investigate the problems a retailer is having.
i am all for a peaceful resolutions,
but i am paying them for a service, and that service should not inclue me exhausting MY resources to find out what happened the product i am paying for at a retail level.
there are some very good people in this business, and i give propr when they are due. i have found a lot are irresponsible and careless though. and that is sad:frown:

what is even more sad is it is not limited to our sport, but the business world in general anymore. too many :sneaky: fckrs

so in a nutshell i humblely disagree and look for negative feed back on here to help me avoid irritation myself.:banghead:

all that said i have had god luck in the past with this company, sorry to hear your troubles though, i have been there all to many times

I use atlantic jetsport alot for orders to europe , Jim is a top guy and has always looked after me and replied to my emails (usually within a couple of minutes)
i have used vendors from other forms of motorsports and AJS are close to the top of my list
