I just ordered (on its way) a new camera, a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS1
I friend of mine has one and the Video quality is excellent (1280 x 720 HD resolution)
I love this camera as it is also Fully waterproof, no enclosure needed.
This footage is from a friend of mine trying some subs (3 times a charm):
I found a pretty good deal, NO Tax and NO shipping charges = $295

I will have to figure out a way to mount the camera on my Helmet now.
What upload times are you referring to? From people sending you footage? I think we should not Skimp on Video Quality. IMO.
Will you take HD material if sent to you? Are you going to keep the Video as one Video format? When can people start sending you footage? 2010?
Sorry for all the questions bro, you need to set some "Official" guidelines so that people can provide footage to your expectations.
