Freestyle x-metal pole with a spring?

Who's running an x metal pole and bracket? What are you guys doing for a spring or are you just tightening it down so it stays up?

What is the correct size and thread pitch for the two bolts vs. a single. I lost one of the nuts off one of the bolts. Xmetal if full of shizz :laugh2:if they think I'm paying $45 for two bolts.

It is an oddball size. If your going to run a spring just use a stock bolt. I think 9/16 is the closest standard size but that is not it though!!!!!!!!!!! 9/16 bolt would be a tad to wide.
(not talking about the size socket you would use, the actual bolt size)

If you lost one of the nuts just call Xmetal. I stripped the one nut and was upset untill My bill for the new nuts was a dollar each. Then I decided to order 4 just in case I ever need them.

I run a spring with my x-metal pole.

I've done it on two different brackets. I'm using a shortened 750sx spring. Was easier to install on the x-metal style bracket compared to my new Cold-Fusion bracket.

Stock bolt size is .555

9/16 is .562

Two choices, ream the holes in the bracket to open them up, or find a stock bolt. Good luck

I thought somewhere it was said this was a M14 with 2.0 pitch. Am I way wrong?
