X Metal Steering Help needed

I cant keep the bolts tightened on my xmetal bracket. as soon as you start moving the pole up and down they start unscrewing themselves and its no longer tight. Any ideas how to fix that?

Call X-metal, but what I've heard is put the pole up, clean threads with wire brush and solvent, use red loctite and let it sit for at least 24 hours.

I know it wasn't on the dual shorty bolts, but on my x-metal pole with a WDK bracket and stock pole bolt, I cleaned the threads with brake cleaner, used Red Loctite, and it didn't budge forever... Stayed as tight as the day I tightened it, until I loosened intentionally.

worked perfect for me... def let it sit for the 24hr mark though

make sure you have both nutts on each bolt red loctite

Tighten first bolt very tight with red loctite ,then do the same thing with second bolt ,tighten it very very tight and let it sit upright for 24 hrs as per XMetal install directions .Mine never loosened up ever .

I'm having the same problem with my new Xmetal steering, today almost lost my bars!! every time I turn to the left the bolt turns but the nut on the bottom doesn't so it starts turning out. I guess I'll try some red loctite and see what happens
