Super Jet x metal trim kit

Has anyone ever used the xmetal trim on a 08 superjet? My trim ring hits the cast bead on the end of my pump not allowing any movement. Any ideas???

Are you talking about the raised ring around the reduction nozzle about 3/4" from its outlet?

Some nozzles have this rib, some dont.

If so, you need to grind this rib off on the top side of the nozzle.
