X Scream 865 Rebuild - Upgrade?

Hey guys,

I'm currently in the process of doing a full rebuild on my X scream 865. Water got into it this summer and I have to start from the ground up since it wiped out one of the rods and debris wrecked one sleeves/ piston. I had talked with x scream and they are going to re-sleeve it for me from the old 88mm piston to 90mm. Now that I have it all torn down and out of the ski I have a few questions.

1. What is the most reliable crank on the market currently?
2. What other mods can I do to the motor since its town down this far? Possibly make it into a stoker? Total loss?
3. Best flatwater AM hulls?

Background:
The motor is currently in (was in) a Rickter FR. I would like to save this hull for a new build and use this motor for a flatwater ski. (hence why I asked about a flatwater hull). I mostly ride lakes in Pa with the rare trip to the beach, so having one of each is the plan.

Motor:
X scream 865
MSD Enhancer
Dual 48mm carbs
148mm pump

I think HPE has a dasa 850 stroker kit that would work. It's hard to beat the stock stroke value of SBT. Save $ for something you can actually feel the difference in like a programmable ignition or extra props, nozzles, and cones to dial your pump in. Stroker kit would be interesting on one of these though.

I've heard of a few high dollar stock stroke cranks biting the dust lately. I researched, called around, and stressed for weeks before I finally said eff it and had Jetmaniac send me an SBT for my ss900. It's not like these freestyle skis get held wide open for more than a second anyway. I'm def not an expert though. Just like having the most fun I can on my budget.

i turned my xscream SS865 to the SS900 back in 2014

You cannot however turn the SS900 into a XS900R or XS900RR 10-mil sadly...I asked after I was told my crank was bad when making this conversion
