X-Scream pole/steering setups w/pics

Can some of you tell me what steering setups you run and recommend and possibly show me pics of what the setup looks like on the X-Scream poles. (Especially the new Thrust and OVP if anyone is running this combo)

I am liking the X-Scream steering as I am sure it's a perfect match,....but I also like the new Thrust and OVP systems -- just not sure how they would look/function on the X-Scream pole.

And no matter which system I go with, they all pretty much include the steering system and turnplate correct? I will not have to buy the 2 separate like the older UMI or Blowsion systems?

The Thrust system only comes in blue right?

I don't have any pics of mine without the chin pad but I will say you wont be disappointed with a full xscream set up.

The pole and steering are both adjustable, strong, light, and low profile.

So does this mean I can't use a "spring" with this pole setup,....or is that all depending on the hull? I have a Havoc on order and never asked the Rage guys if I could run a spring?!! Obviously I will ask them soon but still curious if it is possible if I could still run one with an X-metal pole? Rage uses the X-Metal pole on their Havoc's so I know they look good, but I would prefer to run a spring if possible even though more people I talk to are swearing by the "crank the bolt down" method. (I just like to stick to what I'm used to I guess although it wouldn't be a deal breaker either way!)
But I do remember hearing with Superfreaks (NOT Titans) you can only do the tightened bolt method,..although I'd swear I've seen a pic with a Freak running a spring??!!! (Maybe was a modified job?)

Thanks!

Yeah unfortunately I'm not very creative!!! But Rage is building my ski so I'll tell them about your idea as I think that sounds like what I seen on the Freak with the spring. Hopefully we'll get it figured out! Not gonna kill me to do the crank er down method worse case.

Thanks man!

Gonna have to at least try it I guess! Can always try to add a spring later. Thanks Jay.

But if anyone has an X-metal pole and has pics of it with their steering setup I'd appreciate it.

Hard to see but had to drill a hole for the pole spring.

Thanks a lot. At least I know a spring can be run. Still not sure about with the Havoc hull though, although as stated above it can probably happen with some creativity.
But I really just wanted to see some pics to get an idea of what different setups look like on the X-metal poles so I really appreciate it! That is the full X-metal setup correct?,.....Pole, steering AND X chin pad as well?

image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg I wish I had pics of my old setup for ya. But basically drilled a hole similar to above and still ran the dual Xmetal breather tubes. Very good setup, but when running a comp length pole the spring wasn't really needed for me. I'll get a pic of my current setup in a bit.

It's kinda dirty. Been sitting for a few months lol.

Looks like he used the bolt right under the steering nut. Look at my pic a few posts up to see what I am talking about.
