I'm just very lucky to be involve with a company that will strive for the best through testing, development, and new creations. The future will hold many endless
boundaries because of X-Scream. Can't wait until Daytona to try all the new inventions, especially the new 1200cc.... Thanks for all the support... Fighting gravity is a little easier and a lot more fun with a X-Scream engine in my watercraft...

I bet having that sweet 865 makes alot of things better. Anything else new that we can see or talk about ???

i dont run yamaha but i think thats kinda crazy for a single intake. i like dasa engines and thank full they started making a kawasaki pv engine. is this just a billet intake or does it have performance gains? i've ran a lot of intakes and the pjs has the best, most agressive intatke track or approach. just tuff to pay that kinda money for just a stock billet intake.

Dasa makes power! Not just flashy billet parts...

Xscream has the same bling. The big bore aftermarket cylinders are billet aluminum and do have bling. You can get great power from stock cylinder, crank, and cases with machine work and porting. I never said you need billet to make power.

Notice the sticker...1200cc (1178 and 1191 actual for the 2 bore sizes)
When you make this kind of power, the bling just comes with it!
IMO stock cylinders don't cut it, they're dated, most stock cylinders don't have power valves or cc capable for building big powerful engines. (stock castings won't support big enough sleeves or port volume size)
You need power valves for competition engines, especially at the pro level.
Of course you can make power without PV's, but you limit maximizing pump setup and efficiency in order to have killer bottom end with no mid to top end pump slip when the dry pipe comes into it's power range.
Most recreational riders will benefit with handmedown technology that migrate from the pro level. Just look at when Patrick and I (Xscream) came out with the flat power valve design, it helped the average recreational rider be able to have a power valved cylinder without all of the added expenses of modifying exhaust systems to utilize PV cyliners. Look at all of the PV cylinders that are out there now.
It's not all about the bling...
