Flat top and mount your stock trim "upside down". Simple cable mod inside with an L bracket for a cable stop and your done.

Looks like more great ideas for the x2!!!! Unfortunately I've already got myself into this make a dash cover with "stock" trim system idea so we will see how this turns out. The thing im worried about the most is if i get pissed at myself and really frustrated and rip the whole thing off.....LOL
