X2 immediately sinking when I put in water

I have a 1989 Kawasaki X2 that is 750 swapped. As soon as I put my ski in the water it immediately takes in a bunch of water and starts sinking. There’s not a hole in the hull. What could be the issue?

That was actually a recall on the fist year X2 model, we had to replace the driveshaft holder - bearing and add flotation foam blocks to the hood , we used to call them U2's because they sank so much.

X-2's are semi-submersibles anyway :p

I believe there is a Drain Line at the Bulkhead that needs to be capped...
Depends on what pipe you are running and if the pipe mod has been done or not, stock 650 pipe on a 750 without the mod, no cap , with the pipe mod or with aftermarket exhaust cap it off or use the line for dual cooling.

I've seen driveshaft holder bearings that looked fine but were actually corroded so the rubber was separate from the plate. Water pours right in. Open the hood and put it in the water. You'll see where it's coming in
