No, I get it. I know that every ounce you can remove from the rotating mass, the quicker it will rev. And, like I said, if you can justify it monetarily, do it. I can't right now, so I won't.

I have a TL system for my SJ. Flywheel weighs 1lb 11oz. Can't wait to rip it.

So far, the flywheels that he's done seem to be holding up fine. He doesn't remove much (if any) from the hub. I know others have cracked and failed because of too much lightening.

The difference from going from stock 750 flywheel to lightened 650 flywheel is almost as big as going from stock 650 flywheel to the purple. Still a big step and big improvement don't get me wrong. I just have other places I need to put that $200+ at this time and it seems the OP would too.

Well I have stock 800 electrics. you can disable the air temp sensor to get some ignition advance. FPP sells a little thing to do this when you buy their wet pipe. I thought of using TL but now I don't really have the spare cash handy since I bought a house. I looked at an advent ignition with a charging TBM wheel but fo that price I would spend the little more and get TL. I have a set of 650 electrics and a Jetinetics wheel I could use but then the rev limiter is lower on 650 electrics.

I had hoped to use a 750/800 pump. One day like never when I win the lottery I will get a Skat trak 750/800 mag pump. So probablt a 750/800 pump (I already have one) with a Skat 10/17 swirl prop (I already have one).

BP = Big Pin which refers to the crank pin and wrist pin diameters of a 750/800 engines. Before 95 they were a few milimiters smaller and everyone calls them SP = Small Pin engines. Search up there are some more differences than just that with the intake trackt/porting.
