Hello everybody!
my 87 X2 is overheating, before i start taking things apart i just want to hear some opinions.
everything was fine until this last ride in somewhat shallow water that was dirty and lots of weeds/debris that i had to clean intake grade couple times during that ride!
engine gets so hot that you can boil eggs or make tea
and even melted some of the hoses.
i'm assuming something got in the hose lines somewhere?
do you guys think its the main pump line that brings water in?
and on top of all this, i had my other SN SJ with me that day, and exact same thing happened to the SJ as well, but that an easy fix since the line running form the pump came off.
advice and help on solving this fast and accurate would be perfect!
