stripped off my hydro turf (just put it down 1/2 way through this last season..what a waste) and started cutting out my rear tray. got the nozzle fitted up, made a bracket to hold the cable near the nozzle, had to make a barrel fitting for the lever (bought a cable with no ends on it cause i couldnt find one long enough that had the ends), poured a bunch of foam on the rear tray, and now im carving/shaping it getting it ready to fiberglass...1107001217.jpg1107001216.jpg1107001216a.jpg1107001602.jpg1107001602a.jpg1107001602b.jpg1107001622.jpg1107001217a.jpg

Now i just need winter to be over with to test it out....

no...once the foam hardened. i shaped it the way i wanted it, and then just started glassing over it, wrapping the glass all the way around into the pump area. keep laying the fiberglass untill u feel comfortable enough to hit it really hard with a hammer. lol, that was my test equivelent to landing from a large yacht wake standing entirely on the back part. have had my ski our about 6 times so far, and completely confident with the rear "hump"

Resurrecting this one... How do you like the trim setup? I'm thinking of adding this when I do footholds and turf. Would you recommend it?
