Super Jet xft trim system help

Hey guys i have an 06 with a xft carbon fiber trim system and the cable was breaking so i ended up just cutting it and going to purchase another when i just found out that xft has been out of business for the past two years even tho their site is still up... anyone know where i can get a cable or have any suggestions of one i could use? I emailed thrust and they said their straight pull may work for me but there were no guarantees. Im kinda in a hurry to get it back togther if anyone could help direct me that would be very helpful. Thanks

how about a pro-tec cable, that may work

for the quick fix, go the the hardware store and buy the cable in bulk. tie a knot in the end of it, to act like the ball.stick it thru and tie a knot in the other end. try and get the needed length as close as possible with the knots and just adjust out the rest with the adjusters. since my dad used to be a commercial salmon fisherman, i use his old 600 lb test extra limp stainless steel trolling wire for all my cables. you can have it fixed in minutes, without having to fish the housing in and out.

all great ideas thanks guys, i ended up emailing blowsion and asking them i took a gamble and am going to try to make their universalish cable work.. just to be safe i went with their trim lever as well that way i wont be messing with the lever threads if they differ... needed a new lever anyway. So well see when she comes in
