Any one that has a 155 pump with xmetal trim please show me how to get the xmetal trim on the nozzle and get some degrees
I called xmetal they said to grind grind grind it will work right now I got it set up to fit but if I put any amount of trim on the ring it hits the bottom on the reduction nozzle

Grind where it hits. My 62T nozzle is thin on the bottom and notched on the top to get the throw. I also welded a stop on the bottom of the nozzle to keep my trim angle without keeping constant tension on the trim cable...

I cut off about a half inch all the way around. Ground down the tabs on the sides. Notched the bottom to allow more up tilt. And ground down all the castings marks on the out side. Be careful notching the bottom and do a little at a time cause its easy to take off to much.

Half all the way around I'm just guessing to tell you the truth I did this about 16 months ago and don't have a stock 1 to compare it to. I Bellerive it to be about 1/2 inche all the way around and I notched the bottem another 1/4 inche for more throw.

Badass KDX hull, big motor, and 155 mag. How much throw are you trying to get/need? I would think 10-15° would be max of what you would want.

Lol haha thanks Im barely getting any movement it requires so much grinding on the nozzle lol but y not just go big
