I have been working with Xscream for a very long time and I run their motors on 3 of my personal skis.
For the past year or so I have been tolerating their unprofessional-ism, Lies and Excuses!
The Story:
I ordered a few parts that include 2 sets 90mm piston kits for my 1000cc motor, 2 sets of Kawi coils, power valve kit, jettings and a few other parts by the end of November 2010.
They explained to me that they are out of stock on their OWN 90mm pistons and that they would be able ship them to me mid February 2011.
Come February the pistons were not ready and WISECO was to blame.
The Date of Delivery was changed from mid Feb to mid March according to WISECO.
Pistons were received March 15 and were shipped to me March 21.
March 29, I receive the shipment and find out that only 1 set of Pistons and 1 set of Kawi coils were there, and some poor guys set of domes that was not in my order!!
So, i call them up and ask them "How can you mess up a shipment that have been ordered 3-4 months back"
They said they would ship them immediately or the following day.
The shipment left the US the following day as agreed but I have not received them yet!!
Xscream builds a quality motor I cannot deny that (and they are not cheap when it comes to pricing), but my complain is that they cannot support their product by helping me keep my motor running.
They are almost always out of stock!!!
Many of my friends and riders in the US share the same experience as I have; yet I don't see any complains!!!
I hope Xscream realizes what they are doing and help support the riders that run their motors better.
