Custom/Hybrid XS 510 custom build

hull is about 5 foot 7in.. super super wide! anbut 60 pounds without the hood... going with a stock 701 untill i get it all figured out...xmetal trim,umi pole,cold fusion steering with RRP high rise bars, 9.5 liter kart tank,inline water box.... fiberglass bottom deck ,carbon top deck if you can even call it a top deck. Its a super modified stunt bottom ( just the sides of the bottom deck look like a stunt ) its nothing like the stunt.foot hold will be done in a few hours of work and the hood should be done by the end of dec...had a gp1200 in the hull just to see what it looked liked

FOAM is the question??? should i two part foam it? styrofoam (cut to fit), ping pong balls?

ahhh so this is the project in question !!

WOW is the first thing that came to mind .

as far as foam I would deff go with poly styrene but it look like your deck is already on the bottom deck , is it already sealed down? if it is you could cram pieces in through the opening where the bulk head should be

very interesting project , and sounds like it will be a feather weight compared to other skis

pump shoe fits perfect !!! ill epoxy it tomorrow and prep the bottom for paint.

Don't forget to measure the inner diameter of the xr pump shoe. Mine was only 139mm.... Took allot of work...
