Since theres a thread for everything else, thought I throw a "Kong talk" thread up since theres being more built as we speak, also theres been more people test ride these. Heres a couple quick vids with them in action, and more to come soon. I picked mine up a few days before Daytona and have been riding it since, Xscream did all the installation- turn key boat, hull is very strong and reacts to every movement you make and is very predictable IMO. Have had no issues with the ski since ive had it, just a little tuning between water temps, love every minute im on it :)

So I guess, talk it up :)

Dag, for me its all personal pref, I really liked the way it fit me, as well as the VERY clean looking finish inside/out of the hull. Rode Stoyers at body beach, and was in love ever since....

Very well said Daniel, I am also running a KDX1200 and like it a lot. It's a very well balance good handling hull, and the 1200 is no joke. Look for more feedback from this area very soon, as there are a couple more on the way.

I have seen a number of these being built (from layup to water test). Great attention to detail. A "complete package".

Lengths im not sure about, you'd have to call Xscream to get the details, but weight wise, obviously their glass version would be a little heavier....but a bit lighter on the wallet :)

The standard length of the KDX is 77”, and because of the extraordinary stability would work equally well in surf as in flat.
Our goal developing the KDX was to have a super short hull without the compromise. It took nearly three years to develop but mission accomplished :)
Custom lengths, and configurations are available, contact us directly for details.

Right, because carbon fiber doesn't increase their cost at all and they can just pocket the difference from unsuspecting customers.

I would have to think that carbon fiber is more expensive to get as opposed to fiberglass?!?! Have no clue honestly...
